On May 17, Kazakhstan’s Minister of Health Yelzhan Birtanov commented on the necessity to build new hospitals in Kazakhstan on his official Facebook page, Toppress.kz correspondent reports. Cardiac surgeons and neurosurgeons still have to save people from heart attacks and strokes, and traumatologists should treat polytrauma patients.
